Special provisions

Admission to some fields of study at Swiss higher education institutions is limited. Most Swiss cantonal universities and federal institutes of technology will decide each year whether entrance examinations will be held for studies in human and chiropractic medicine as well as in sports and physical education. Admission to some fields of study at Swiss universities of applied sciences may also be limited. Contact the higher education institution directly for more details about the specific admission procedure.
