Useful answers

Are you worried about a speeding ticket, do you have questions about your tax return, want to launch a referendum, or want to avoid having your holiday souvenirs stuck at customs? The ch.ch portal offers help on a whole host of topics that goes far beyond these few examples.

The platform's editorial staff strive to make information available to the general public. It seeks to ensure that the information provided is easy to understand - without bureaucratic jargon. The content is available in the four Swiss national languages as well as English.

A modern platform

More than 15 years after its launch, the portal has now been given a facelift. With its more modern and appealing design, we hope that ch.ch meets your needs even better than before.

The portal has been optimised for navigation on mobile devices and its contents referenced by the most common search engines.
